Refund Policy

Digital Services Only

We sell digital design and web services. No physical goods are shipped.

Deposits

Project deposits are non-refundable once work begins, as time is immediately allocated.

Milestone Billing

If you cancel before a milestone is delivered, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Revisions

Packages include a defined number of revisions (see invoice). Additional revisions are billed at the agreed rate.

Quality Issues

If there’s a material issue with a deliverable, contact support@webloomstudio.online within 7 days. We’ll review and either fix the issue or offer a partial refund if appropriate.

Chargebacks

Please reach out to us first. Unwarranted chargebacks will be contested with evidence of delivered work.
