We provide digital services (design, branding, websites). Deliverables and timelines are defined in your quote or invoice. Minor revisions are included as specified.

3. Payments

Invoices are issued electronically in USD unless stated otherwise. Work may pause if an invoice becomes overdue.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive rights to final deliverables as stated in your quote (usually commercial use). We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

5. Client Materials

You warrant that assets (images, logos, text) you provide are licensed for use. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for the project.

7. Acceptable Use

8. Limitation of Liability
